Our Fees
We understand that many of our clients struggle financially after a life changing event such as a car accident, and we therefore give our clients the ability to retain us without having to pay for our services up front. We also cover any expenses, known as disbursements, in your case, which are only paid back out of settlement or judgment. Further, if your case is not successful, you will not be required to pay us any fees.
In accordance with the Law Society of Ontario, we generally charge a contingency fee between 20% and 33% of your settlement, plus HST. However, the percentage we decide to charge will be based on the severity of your injuries, and the complexity of your case.
Please call us for further information and to discuss how we can help you.
